Daily Express1937.Very good condition with no wrapper. The second Rupert annual. Colour pictorial boards. 1st story Rupert and the Snow Machine. Red cloth spine, black lettering. 124 pages. 7.5x10". Red and black illustrations throughout. Insect damage to board edges, resulting in loss of colour and a few small patches of loss of surface paper from edges of front cover. Corners are slightly bumped. Spine is in excellent condition and still dark red. A few small foxspots to title page and first few pages. Page 29 has brown mark to one picture. Light foxing to rear endpaper. Hinge between pages 46 + 47 a little pulled. Overall still a lovely copy of this edition - still contained in its original brown cardboard box, which has 1.5" split to one edge.
